JHBB in India is engaged in Designing and manufacturing of Mechanical and Electrical Products with key specialty in manufacturing of Power Distribution Products such as Electrical Panels for Power and Energy Sector in India. The company has total in-house capabilities in designing, fabricating, painting, assembly and commissioning of the latest electrical Products and switchgear for a variety of end users and applications. The manufacturing is carried out in a modern more than 15,000 sq. ft. facilities in Noida near New Delhi equipped with the state-of-the-art machinery and instruments.

Through our efforts in achieving control panels engineering excellence, we have established a well-equipped panels manufacturing Unit, Powder Coating Plant along with proper power control panels testing setup. We have been of help to our customer, in designing of power distribution control panels for their industrial electricity load requirements.

Bus bars – electrolytic grade, insulated with heat shrinkable oven dried PVC coloured sleeves, supported on SMC Insulators

Minimum 56% conductivity is maintained for Aluminum bus bars and 99.9% in case of Copper. A minimum of 0.8% deration factor is considered for bus bars

In-house primary current injection source for temperature rise test (up to 4000A)

PVC sleeved type computer printed ferrules are used

Spreaders for MCCBs above 100A rating are used to maintain proper phase to phase clearance

Touch-proof technology – all live parts are shrouded with the help of FR-2 & polycarbonate sheets to void accidental contacts

Panels are designed to take care of permissible temperature rise limit

PU foam type gaskets in
all panels.

Three-point locks in panel rear doors

Black anodized aluminum engraved nameplates on all panels and on individual feeder doors

Each cable alley is fitted with CFL lights, thermostat controlled space heater

Ventilation hood is provided on top of the panels for higher current rating feeders. Forced ventilation is provided for Breaker feeders 2500A and above

High tensile bolts are used for horizontal busbars and ACB’s links wherever it is required.

Torque wrenches are used for tightening of bolts
